Players jump with the Z key, and can cancel this action at any time by pressing the same button again for a smaller leap. Tap the Z key rapidly to reduce the speed of descent while in mid-air.

It's a sadistic game with an Adults Only aesthetic, as you might expect from a game named after a euphemism for female self-gratification. Still, there's no actual explicit content (unless you count the word "slut"), and it's pleasantly challenging when it isn't being difficult.
