3rd World Farmer lets you try your luck at farming in a developing nation. You can make decisions about crops, livestock, tools and farm improvements while managing family health, education and economy, all through an easily understood graphical interface. The game has some shockingly serious and realistically inspired events such as guerilla raids, civil war, droughts, crop failures, disease, opium growth, airraids and corruption, but also offers winning strategies such as constructing wells, schools, clinics and asphalt roads for the benefit of the community, ultimately improving overall life quality.
