Apparently this is from a Cal vs. Washington State college football game played on November 3rd:
(It helps if you recognize that whoever filmed this did so from the "top of the screen" rather than the bottom--that is, everything is upside down.)
Remarkable for two reasons: First, as I've said for a while now, games really are pervasive in the culture. Second--people as pixels! Cool.
