Games as Art

The Maison d'Ailleurs, museum of science fiction and the otherworldly, opened Saturday an exhibit in honor of H. P. Lovecraft. The exhibit features dozens of original paintings and works of short fiction based on ideas from Lovecraft's notebooks, but also a collection of games written for the occasion: five works of interactive fiction in English, French, and Spanish, and two graphical adventures.

Peter Nepstad's site carries more news about the exhibit, as well as download links for those of us who can't casually visit Switzerland and would like to play the works at home.
