Frobot is an Experimental Gameplay Project game, meaning it's done in seven days or less, on the current month's theme ("unexperimental shooter"). Its theme is also one I've thought about before: a game in which you have to get a room full of people dancing. It would never have occurred to me to make it a Robotron-esque shooter, however.
Suits appear from the four edges, and you need to shoot them to make them funky, transforming them into brightly-clad disco dancers. More powerful enemies, like suits who shoot back and 'kill' dancers, appear over time, and there are the usual powerups and such. All while horrible disco music plays.
It's cute, I like it, and I never want to play it again. But what do you expect from an old punk?
